Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are adding a Facilities Project Manager to our growing Facility departments in Seattle, WA. This role will assist with the management of projects, including the fiscal performance and other more complex components. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:Serve as the on-site point of contact for client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) process.Assist in development of Scope of Work for subcontractors.Coordinate equipment procurement with purchasing department and outside vendors to order and expedite material.Oversee/ Manage the scheduling and coordination of trades.Assist with Project Controls.Create site-specific work plans.Assess site safety and implement actions to prevent injury to property and personnel.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryMust have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Construction Project Engineer.BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or comparable degree-or equivalent work experience required.Two (2) years of progressive project responsibilities in Project Engineer role required.Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, financial acumen required.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.PE, LEED professional designations preferred.PeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistanceUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveTransgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance"Building Good" paid community service timeLearning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry UniversityMcKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workersSee benefit plan documents for complete details.If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.The pay range for this position is $36.49 - $55.05 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
