Position ResponsibilitiesManage diverse facilities teams including maintenance, security, groundsand custodial workers across multiple locations, from 800,000 to 1.5million square-feet of workspace. Oversee accurate completion ofcarpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilating androofing tasks. Accurately plan and oversee branch facility budgets,capital expenses and projects. Inspect buildings, sites, and equipmentto identify needed repair and maintenance work. Respond to emergencymaintenance requests as needed and troubleshoot issues to determinecause and solution. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree orequivalent work experience. At least 3 years of leadership experience,with 5+ years of previous warehouse facilities experience preferred.Experienced in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, datacenter, landscaping and CMMS system.
