The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Facility Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Presenting Sourcing Initiatives and Category Strategies to Company Leadership
Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments
Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
5+ years of Facilities Management
Bachelors Equivalent Degree
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Coordinating with the Director of Indirect Procurement on new building projects
Ability to conduct and present business presentations with cost benefit analysis and proposed actions for resolution.
Prior experience with Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC repairs
Knowledge and experience in light construction, security systems.
Managing contracts for Utilities, Water, landscaping, Pest Control, Cleaning crews
Ability to facilitate repairs as needed to resolve roofing issues,
Coordinating system repairs and monitoring system performance
Supervising Maintenance Technicians
Handling or contracting landscaping tasks and inclement weather recovery
Travel: May include up to [20%-domestic]
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Base range in California for the Facility Manager position is [$81,900-$122,900] . Additional benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, paid leaves, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and potential for tuition reimbursement.
