A caregiver in this position works nights from 8:00PM - 6:30AM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAS, carpentry and/or paint).

Document and maintain records of inspection and work performed.

Work across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:

Full body motion

Working while bending, stooping, stretching and climbing ladders

Dexterity and strength sufficient to operate required tools and machinery

Lifting and carrying machinery and/or equipment weighing 25 to 100 pounds and/or lifting weights exceeding 100 pounds with assistance

Color acuity sufficient to distinguish color-coded signage and systems
