General Summary:

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Gas System (Bulk Gas, Inert Hazardous Gas), and Life Safety System operation and maintenance management.Develop, maintain and review operation maintenance procedure and ensure facilities equipment operate in optimum level (efficiency, healthy, safe, etc.) together with Plant Facilities.

Review predictive and preventive maintenance of the system for continuous improvement together with Operation Maintenance.

Evaluate and review system operation/design to reduce cost and improve system reliability.

Support, coach, train and guide technicians in operation maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.

Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventative/correction maintenance program and projects and compliance with various regulatory procedures.

Ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system

Aspect impact, FMEA, SDS, risk assessment, control plan

Back up chemical engineer for chemical system works following up.

Review Service Contract to ensure contract is renewed on time with adequate service and maintenance suit to RF360 facilities system.

Manage TGCM in-house contractor to ensure contractors working by following SOP and RF360 requirements.

Compliance and Safety management.

a) Manage specialty gas storage quantity to comply with storage limit.

b) Manage safety for TGCM team and external contractors’ works.

Responsible for gases order forecast every month.a) Consolidate gases consumption forecast from users and prepare for order forecast summary.

b) Work with purchasing for gases order and work with gas vendors for gases forecast, storage and delivery.

Responsible for Facilities Gas and LSS Asset Management.

Gas and LSS system projects and hookup support – Upgrade, Expansion, Modification, Retrofit, Improvement, Robustness, Energy Saving, etc.)

a) Feasibilities Studies and Technical Review for Projects

b) Project Specification Preparation

c) Project Execution

d) Project Buy-Off

e) Facilities Expansion Plan

Manufacturing SupportPlan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup Support in Equipment hookup and gas and chemical turn on.

Work with Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issue/expansion projects/improvement projects/etc.
