　　The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance and repairs. 　　Job Details:

　　Oversee day-to-day facilities operations

　　Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services

　　Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues

　　Assist in planning and executing office moves, renovations, and space utilization

　　Collaborate with various teams to support bank events

　　Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and address issues as they arise

　　Builds relationships with vendor contacts

　　Qualifications:

　　Attention to detail skills

　　Multi-tasking skills

　　Communication and interpersonal skills

　　Familiarity with facility software and tools

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Relationship building skills

　　Travel to multiple locations - Valid Driver's License required

　　Three (3) to five (5) years of prior facilities management experience

　　This position is part-time (24-32 hours/week), the start date for this position will not be prior to March 4, 2024.
