　　Seeking an individual with good interpersonal skills to perform a rangeof building maintenance and repairs. Duties include: assist withevaluating and completing building repairs and maintenance in our officebuildings and mental health care homes in Addison County, in and nearMiddlebury, Vermont. We are looking for someone with a High Schooldegree or technical certificate, with three or more years constructionand/or property maintenance experience. Day time work, 30 hours perweek, includes comprehensive benefits. Equal opportunity employer.Starting rate \$19.00 per hour.
