Job Description:
Candidates will be leading the 2nd shift welders and fabricators. The main job of this role will be to ensure numbers are being met and that people are completing their work on time. You will have daily goals to be met and may have to help on the shop floor with fabrication, assembly, forklift and welding if capable.
Candidates you are leading will be MIG welding, operating lasers, plasmas, rollers, and doing large assemblies.
In a general sense this is more of a numbers overview role but you need to be able to help when needed.
