　　$46,992-$57,772 annual wages based on experience & are negotiableHours:

　　12 hour Shift | 8pm – 8am | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 rotating scheduleJob Responsibilities:

　　Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.

　　Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.

　　Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.

　　Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations.

　　Ability to effectively lead by motivating, coaching and mentoring employees. Willingness to compassionately hold others accountable and to be held accountable.

　　Ability to read, comprehend and write correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to fellow employees.

　　Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of people leadership experience

　　Available to work Sunday-Saturday 8pm-8am 2-2-3 rotating schedule

　　Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with leadership, staff and external clients.

　　Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive employee information.

　　Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds.

　　Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays).
