　　As an Expert Witness Research Analyst, you will conduct research and provide clients with relevant information. You will manage search requests, communicate with customers, and collaborate with the team to meet department objectives.

　　The start date for this position is 2/20/24

　　Mandatory Part-Time Training for the first three months.

　　Responsibilities

　　Conducting research using internal and external resources.

　　Managing the life cycle of Expert Witness Search requests.

　　Delivering clear, concise, accurate, timely, and thorough communication to customers.

　　Applying established standards to the order management process.

　　Acting as an advocate for the customer in reporting feedback and resolving issues.

　　Working effectively in a team environment and collaborating across the organization.

　　Requirements

　　Possess a JD, Paralegal cert, or relevant experience with significant legal research exposure. Equivalent education/experience will also be taken into consideration

　　Be able to support a Global organization part-time with a flexible schedule: 20 hours/week MANDATORY, Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM EST.

　　Be able to provide exceptional customer service in all customer contacts. A commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first pass.

　　Be skilled in Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsing, and basic problem-solving on a PC. Be able to type at least 50 wpm.

　　Possess significant business insight to assess decisions' impact on customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).

　　Experience with Lexis Advance and related products is advantageous.
