　　Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Responsible for the development and maintenance of test cases, executing and documenting manual and automated testing, and working with software engineers, system engineers, and other team members to validate development, design, and maintenance activities. Duties may include testing, discovering, reporting, and tracking defects within a system, analyzing test results and reporting performance, load, and other issues, developing, executing, and maintaining acceptance, integration, and system tests, conducting post-release/post-implementation testing, performing continuous functional and regression testing, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Work with design engineers, production personnel, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and develop test validation scripts using program designated languages (ex: Python)

　　Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.

　　Participate and collaborate with team members to ensure proper testing and delivery of functionality per User Story Acceptance Criteria

　　Collaborate with team members to develop test approaches with emphasis on automation of recurring/regression test cases through selected t

　　Develop automated test cases using knowledge of custom Applications through designated GUI/COTS products (ex: Selenium and Katalon Studio)

　　Leverage DevOps practices to ensure repeatability and Configuration Management of test cases/scripts are maintained the continuously improved

　　Develop and document end-to-end functionality test case narratives using task management system (JIRA/Confluence)

　　Generate test data and identify use/corner cases required to meet User Story/Customer needs

　　Support performance testing/evaluation activities using tools such as Jmeter

　　Perform job duties within Commercial cloud development environments

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role.

　　Typically requires BS degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience, will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree

　　Understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of software systems

　　Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

　　Strong, effective, and professional communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work without close supervision

　　Ability to take initiative in troubleshooting; creative in determining approach or action to take in non-routine situations

　　Ability to test both back-end applications processes in addition to front end

　　Significant experience in test data/script development

　　Knowledge of or direct experience with software performance testing practices

　　Direct experience with creation, authoring, execution and documentation of test cases/result sets for software products in an agile cadence

　　Demonstrated ability to work within collaborative environment to execute test cases complimentary to development efforts

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience with test automation methodologies

　　Experience conducting unit testing of software modifications

　　Experience with SecDevOps

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
