　　Our East Greenbush location is currently looking to immediately fill an Yard Foreman position with someone who possess knowledge on Building Material Products and has a strong background in leadership.

　　Set schedule - 40+ hours per week

　　Monitor employee’s daily activity and delegate or assign work as appropriate

　　Challenge and develop employees’ performance, provide feedback, and hold direct reports accountable for their goals and job responsibilities

　　2 years forklift experience

　　Work outside year-round

　　Paid weekly on Fridays

　　Discretionary profit share after one year of employment

　　Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately

　　Must be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly

　　Motivate employees and offer opportunity and reward appropriately

　　Make recommendations to Manager regarding efforts to control employee turnover

　　Make recommendations to Manager regarding employee performance for coaching, review, and disciplinary efforts
