JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for experienced welders with at least 3years of RECENT experience. This is NOT booth welding, and they will bedoing something different every day. This is a \"job shop\" environment.What you\'ll do: Responsible for performing advanced welding tasks withprecision and skill. Your primary role will involve assembling andfabricating metal parts, structures, and equipment by using variouswelding techniques and equipment. You will work in collaboration with ateam of skilled professionals to ensure the production of high-qualityproducts that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Welding:Perform advanced welding tasks, including but not limited to MIG, TIG,and stick welding, on a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum,and stainless steel. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understandproject specifications and welding requirements. Equipment Setup: Set upand operate welding machines, cutting torches, and related equipment ina safe and efficient manner. Quality Control: Ensure the quality andaccuracy of welds by conducting inspections and making necessaryadjustments to welding parameters. Material Preparation: Preparematerials for welding, including cutting grinding, and fitting asrequired. Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and practices, includingwearing appropriate protective equipment and maintaining a clean andorganized work area. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues,including engineers, to complete projects on time and according tospecifications. Problem Solving: Identify and address welding issues ordefects promptly and suggest improvements to welding processes.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, includingmaterials used, time spent, and project progress. ***** OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.Certification or training in welding or on the job training experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of recent welding experience, with expertise invarious welding techniques.
