　　Our Ballston Spa location is looking to find experienced hard working individuals to join our team in the Lighting Center!

　　This role helps our customers fulfill project orders, introduce product recommendations, and provides astounding customer service!

　　Full Time 40+ hours per week - Consistent schedule

　　Discretionary profit share after one year of employment

　　Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately

　　Exceptional customer service skills

　　Paid weekly on Fridays

　　Work at a desk and answering customer questions in person and on the phone

　　Building material product knowledge a plus

　　Schedule appointments in outlook for Design team

　　Know key product features

　　Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales

　　Effective closing technique

　　Quote follow up - quote to order conversion
