　　The Role

　　As the Associate Director and Experience Designer for Kyndryl Vital India , you’ll be accountable for

　　Translating strategy and research into tangible experiences, narratives and high fidelity prototypes

　　Translates strategy and insights into tangible experiences like low or high fidelity digital prototypes or multi-touchpoint service experiences

　　Integrates human, business, and technical needs into defensible, innovative, human-centered experience strategies

　　Work with team to create compelling narratives that resonate as a story, an experience, and a communication

　　Ensures concepts and prototypes meet the outlined user and business needs.

　　Works with technical experts to ensure concept feasibility

　　Defining visual style, including alignment with customer’s visual language

　　Who You Are

　　Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

　　Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds

　　Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications

　　Human behaviour, change management, or other applied social sciences

　　Strong UX design experience

　　Experience in design-specific processes and capabilities

　　Preferred Qualification: Design Degree (BDes, BFA, HCI, Interaction Design)
