　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Support the design and execution of Expanse engagement leader processes, which includes planning, coordinating, &/or facilitating engagement events and discussions to promote two-way communication and surface innovation, challenges, and/or lessons learned.

　　Operationalize change champion meetings by maintaining schedule for facility and division meetings; ensuring key stakeholders and champions are aligned to present

　　Support planning and execution of key service line forums to ensure optimal focus in support of the Expanse and our engagement agenda

　　Responsible for overseeing request intake: both planned and unplanned engagement requests

　　Supports the overall view into the execution of the service line engagement for Expanse

　　Works collaboratively with Expanse engagement leaders to ensure the quality of Expanse presentations and helps provide a critical view in prioritization of engagement events within an implementation

　　Oversee creation of meeting placemats for stakeholders including analysis of stakeholders for accuracy and ongoing maintenance

　　Produce content in support of engagement planning including presentations, data extracts, spreadsheets, other data collection

　　Collaborate with other teams on the creation and maintenance of test accounts for Expanse Experience and Change Champions

　　Performs other duties as directed by management in support of Expanse goals and objectives

　　EDUCATION

　　Bachelor's degree required

　　Master's degree preferred

　　3+ years of experience in healthcare or project management required

　　KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

　　Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving abilities

　　Exceptional written & oral communication skills, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy

　　Strong and innate attention to detail

　　Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strong interpersonal skills

　　Strong project management, planning, and strategic thinking skills

　　Self-starter/self-motivated and driven to exceed established goals

　　Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and initiatives

　　Ability to work in an office environment and attend meetings in the Corporate Office as needed (Nashville based)

　　TECHNOLOGIES & TOOLS:

　　Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel;

　　JIRA or PowerBI expertise is desirable, but not required
