Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant/Chief of Staff to support the Co-Founders in the NYC/NJ area. The hours are standard (flex required) and this role is primarily remote with travel to Englewood NJ one to two times per week.Responsibilities:

　　Assist Co-Founder with personal tasks around the home and with spouse and children as neededBook international and domestic travel and create detailed trip itinerariesAssist COO with operational tasks such as creation of decks and inputting data into spreadsheetsLiaise with back-office staff including Finance and Accounting and assist with bookkeeping as neededAssist with some HR-related functions as neededHelp put processes and efficiencies in placeQualifications:

　　Degree preferred3+ years administrative/operational experienceMeticulously detail-oriented and organized professional with great communication skillsHighly driven individual with an interest in fin-tech/venture capitalCompensation/Benefits:
