About Executive Personal Assistant - Manhattan, KS

　　Our client is searching for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Manhattan, KS. EPA will support CEO of a medical practice.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Marketing:

　　Organize and execute marketing campaigns

　　Organize and maintain all marketing material

　　Office

　　Maintain all office equipment

　　Design and maintain filing system Schedule and prepare team meeting, agendas, reports, etc.

　　Manage calls and mail

　　Review and recommend changes to company policies

　　Assistant to CEO

　　Assist in scheduling of meetings Assist in scheduling of travel

　　Maintain central schedule Reports and data input as requested

　　Requirements:

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

　　Demonstrated competencies relative to use of Excel.

　　High level organization skills.High level communication skills and ability to interact within and outside the organization

　　Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant

　　Heavy travel required
