　　Job Title: Executive HR Specialist

　　Location: Belgrade, Serbia

　　Job Summary:

　　The Executive HR Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive recruiting team at NCR Voyix. This individual will be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers, coordinating executive onboarding, and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

　　Provide support to the executive recruiting team throughout the recruitment process

　　Coordinate executive onboarding activities for new hires

　　Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

　　Manage recruitment metrics and reporting, providing weekly status updates and reporting on open positions

　　Coordinate and schedule executive interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate scheduling logistics

　　Ensure recruitment metrics and reporting are up-to-date and kept accurate, providing weekly status updates and reporting on open positions

　　Requirements:

　　3 years + experience in an HR related field preferrably Talent Acquisition or Operations

　　Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields preferred

　　Experience in executive recruiting and talent acquisition

　　Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

　　Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
