The Womens Resource Center of the New River Valley (WRCNRV) is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Director. Candidates for Executive Director must have at least five years of leadership experience in the fields of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. A Masters degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred. Critical competencies include: A passion for the mission of the agency, stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of best practices in the field, awareness of Southwest Virginia culture and resources, leadership and organizational management skills, financial and HR management experience, a track record of successful fundraising and grant writing experience, and proven visionary leadership. This position is full-time, exempt, and on-site in Radford, Virginia. The salary scale is $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on education and experience).
