As a member of the Internal Marketing team, the Specialist is responsible for coordinating, creating, and distributing multi-channel communications and activities that reflect the distinctive voice of our executives and that keep external and internal audiences informed, inspired, and aligned with strategy, priorities, culture, and values. The coordinator will work closely with company stakeholders, including our Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Facilities to create written, visual, and video content and distribute it through appropriate channels, including email, intranet, presentations, social media, in-person, and digital communication boards. They will also track and understand results (analytics) to recommend improvements. Must be a curious and versatile writer who knows how to use short-form and long-form writing and digital formats (including video) to align and inspire audiences, and a curious learner and quick study who stays up on emerging trends for high-impact communications.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Under the direction of the Director, will research, draft and refine communications on behalf of executives, including presentations, speeches, essays, social media, digital formats, email, and video scriptsWorking with others independently to obtain and coordinate content and assets as needed.Translate concepts and ideas from multiple stakeholders into clear, persuasive communications.Consult with stakeholders to develop messaging that drives alignment with the vision, mission, and business priorities and that is consistent and connected across the organization.Own executive communications and email calendars to ensure consistent cadence, relevance, and maximum impact of messages.Research and recommend emerging communications channels and formats to increase engagement and improve impact.Own all aspects of quarterly employee meetings, including coordinating vendors and resources, creating the agenda, building the content, and ensuring messaging is relevant and inspiring.Identify and analyze business and audience needs to ensure executive messages are delivered via the most appropriate mix of channels.Own all aspects of employee videos, including scripts, invitations, scheduling, and editing.Recommend and create social media that a
