We are looking to bring on board an experienced Audit Senior based in Fox Lake, Illinois. Looking for public accounting industry experience and requires a strong understanding of accounting software systems and audit programs. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits for public sector clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline and enhance auditing processes

• Develop and implement audit programs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements

• Utilize CaseWare software to manage and store audit data and information

• Manage a variety of accounting functions to support the auditing process

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Conduct internal auditing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal standards

• Develop and implement audit plans that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Public Auditing

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proven ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Audit Engagements

• Adept in conducting Auditing processes

• Experience in creating and executing Audit Plans

• Previous experience in a Audit Senior role
