A prominent financial company is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the company's CEO. This professional should be able to handle sensitive and complex issues in a discreet and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle executives’ calendars and set up meetings.

Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant.

Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.

Highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
