  This is a direct placement role paying $58,240-64,480!

  First shift Mon-Fri and requires you to be on-site!

  Description:

  PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Manages the calendars of assigned executives;

  • Plans, Organizes, and Schedules company meetings in the office, off-site and via videoconference;

  • Completes projects around the preparation of documents and the processing of data;

  • Schedules travel for FCS employees;

  • Prepares agendas and minutes of meetings; takes meeting notes;

  • Orders and oversees office supplies for group meetings;

  EXHIBITS HOSPITALITY

  • serves as point of contact for guests

  • reserves conference rooms, arranges food and beverages

  • greets visitors and clients in person or via phone

  CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT

  • welcomes new and different work requirements;

  • explores new opportunities to add value to the organization;

  • helps others accomplish related job results as and where needed.

  • Light Physical Activity – Sitting at desk for most of the day with only 2 total hours of having to stand up/walk during an 8-hour shift
