Provide high-level assistance to Truist Insurance Holdings (TIH) executives by facilitating office or administrative activities. Partner with the assigned TIH Executives and other executive assistants to ensure an efficient operating environment for the highest level of senior management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Act as liaison between clients, teammates, and community/business associates.
Manage multiple executives schedule (including appointments, meetings, and arrangement of travel requirements and itineraries) and correspondence by gathering information, preparing and editing communications and designing and preparing graphic presentations.
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
Negotiate contracts for lodging, meals, meeting spaces, transportation and any other accommodations, related venues or expenses.
Work independently and within a team on special projects.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
Handle and deal discreetly with confidential and non-routine information.
Answer phone and direct calls as appropriate.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
Seven years of administrative experience in a support role with two years of executive office administration experience
Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to work in fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi task and complete deadlines as assigned
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Must possess poise, tact, confidentiality and diplomacy
Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Must have comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications
Must work extended hours as needed
