Job Purpose and Impact
The Execution Manager is responsible for ensuring day to day smooth execution for supply chain operations. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the operational activities effectively and efficiently for PAN India. To work closely within CASC functions and responsible for execution as per business requirements, keeping Safety first for both domestic and export ranging from sourcing and pricing of Supply Chain services, contracts / agreements, planning, operational execution, inventory quality management and stock control.
Compliance to SOPs and building supply chain solutions within policy framework for maintaining lead in the market for stock management & customer satisfaction as per defined five pillars of operations. The role required to collaborate with the respective product line leads (grains, oilseeds, oil meals & oil) to execute the operations at ground level
Key Accountabilities
Drive a Zero Harm culture including health & safety, food safety and environment across the CASC India Supply Chain team
Effective management of day to day activities for the CASC India Business, providing efficiency in shrink management and supply chains cost efficiency.
Work closely with commercial team and manage the storage, freight and elevation Supply & Demand requirements along with other 3rd part service providers such as surveyor/WSP’s or any other agency basis requirement.
Have sound knowledge and understanding of the business plan and strategy in order to drive team at ground to synergize the same into actions on ground.
Work closely with the cross functional team to drive business efficacy and customer solutions. Ensuring compliance with business process SOPs and guidelines.
Take a Leading role in continuous improvement and Integrated Business Planning Have a sound understanding of veg oil compliance and operational activities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in managing operations in Agri-commodity supply chain & trading organization.
Strong people skills, team management, communication, vendor management and Negotiation skills In depth understanding of Agri -commodities supply chain operations, including quality, storage, logistics and domestic trade practices.
MS office proficiency will be desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain planning
MBA preferably in Agri-business
