The Excellerate Electrician I is responsiblefor electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, andmaintenance. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED,and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000hours) Travel: 10-25% Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6am-6pm or 6pmto 6am depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demandsand can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * All previous classification requirements must becontinually satisfied. * Demonstrates ability to layout conduitsystems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.* Analyzes blueprints effectively. * Ensures all projects are built tospecifications and accuracy expectations. * Cleans and maintainsworkstation, tools and manufacturing environment. * Consistentlyfollows workplace safety procedures and ensures manufacturing crews areworking safely according to company policies. * Analyzes upcoming tasksand anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to completework in a safe manner. * Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits,and related safety functions. * Immediately identifies, corrects,and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timelymanner. * Helps drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles. *Demonstrates ability to obtain, organize, and manage materialseffectively. * Demonstrates an eagerness and ability to acceptincreasing responsibility. * Provides technical assistance to otherteam members as needed. * Provides direction, training, and mentorshipto General Assemblers/Apprentices. * Installs motor feeders and makesstandard motor connections. * Works as a member of a cohesive teamwhile demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision. *Cleans and maintains job site/work area and tools. * Maintainscompliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies Inc, and customer-specificsafety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting,and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timelymanner. * Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electricalsystems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC). *Consistently completes portions of projects on time, within budget, andin a safe manner. * Demonstrates ability to complete an overall joblayout for projects of limited scope and size. * Comprehends andincorporates specifications effectively. * Coaches and inspires GeneralAssemblers/Apprentices to surpass customer expectations and companyvision/goals. * Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment,procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner. *Actively participates in Faith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program,as appropriate. * Performs other related duties as required andassigned.
