  The Role:

  Selling venue merchandise to fans including seat upgrades, access to lounges and decks and other miscellaneous items offered on a show-by-show basis

  Following all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC

  Responsible for handling money, accounting for amount received during the show and the beginning and end of show

  Helping answer questions from guests regarding the venue and merchandise

  Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 30+ pounds

  Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and posses strong sense of teamwork

  Working in a rain or shine outdoor event venue

  Showing a heart of service while interacting with our fans

  Must be 18 years or older to apply

  Assist with venue clean-up and tear down at the end of each show, which may include, but is not limited to assisting with trash pick up, moving furniture and picking up lawn chairs.

  Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
