Description

　　As a Community Events Program Lead you'll help build the roadmap for Robert Half's client offline communities. This 12 month contract is fully remote (EST time zone preferred).

　　What you'll do:

　　Build respect & trust with our community, Leaders, internal/external teams, partners and vendors

　　Lead communication flow across all partners

　　Scope and pilot new Community Events formats

　　Coordinate and manage event logistics

　　Represent Community at customer-centric events (Community Events & corporate)

　　Participate in ideation of projects and execute on strategy to enhance our program quality, expand our offerings and contribute to organizational goals.

　　Identify and monitor program health metrics and drive engagement & retention initiatives

　　Collaborate with the broader team to ensure Leader and member feedback is reflected in Events program initiatives, our platforms and vendor relationships

　　Requirements

　　Your background:

　　3+ years of experience in Ambassador Programs/Community Manager roles where you managed, built and scaled communities through events (global experience a plus)

　　Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within distributed teams

　　You're a strong communicator and have excellent writing skills

　　You have experience managing complex programs and overseeing cross-team projects

　　You're energized by building relationships with a diverse group of people and attending user-driven events

　　PLUS: experience working in Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence Cloud, and Trello; added bonus if you're familiar with Bevy, Qualtrics and TableauInnovation starts with people.®
