  About This Role:

  Forrester’s Events Coordinator is part of the US events logistics team and reports to the director of US event operations. We are looking for a fast-paced, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual for this position.

  Job Description

  Manage various components of event operations. This may include meeting room specifications, audiovisual tools, internet, signage, registration, website updates, mobile app coordination, agendas, special events, and VIP travel needs.

  Facilitate analysts’ one-on-one meetings and roundtable sessions at events. Ensureaccurate information is listed on the website and in the scheduling tool.

  Assist in handling event materials, such as lanyards, badges, tent cards, and décor items.

  Coordinate sponsor fulfillment needs, including sessions, attendee messaging, scanning, registration codes, and other needs.

  Travel to events to interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service. Oversee sponsor lead retrieval, meeting coordination, and the mobile app.

  Review processes for improvements andassist with new initiatives as needed.

  Job Requirements

  A BA/BS degree and a strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience.

  A minimum of one to two years of professional experience, preferably related to live events.

  A detail-oriented approach and excellent organization and prioritization skills.

  Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  The ability to work independently and as a valued and contributing member of a team.

  The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  The ability to travel to North American forums.
