Description

　　Amazon's Event Productions team is looking for best-in-class Event Support Engineer.

　　The Event Support Engineer will be customer obsessed and motivated by the teams’ success. They will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume requests. They will be committed, flexible and have demonstrated the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate strong initiative and have the ability to learn quickly.

　　Purpose of the Job:

　　This position requires hands-on experience across a wide video production scope where the individual will support customers with Event and Studio Production. The role will include, equipment maintenance, setup /strike and the operation of audio, livestreaming, cameras, vision mixing, lighting and studio technology

　　Please note: This position is based in Luxembourg and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Consulting with the customer on the planning of their event request or studio recording.

　　Book and prepare equipment for your event or studio recording.

　　Setup and derig all equipment before and after the event.

　　Direct and own all operations during an event.

　　Support with remote attendees using video conferencing facilities.

　　Documentation of all events to learn and raise the bar for future productions.

　　Work and partner with external vendors.

　　Promptly report all needed equipment repairs and ensure preventive maintenance is performed.

　　Professional, discrete and service-minded communication with customers and co-workers in all modes: telephone, email, instant message, text or in person.

　　Work effectively and productively with all stakeholders at site.

　　Ensure cleanliness in conjunction with Building Operations.

　　Exhibit attention to detail in all activities.

　　Ensure all Health and Safety policies are followed to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

　　Ensure all Security policies are followed to ensure our customer data is protected

　　Basic Qualifications

　　2+ years of event support experience

　　2+ years of experience with video and audio

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience on a Studio set and understand set etiquette

　　Experience with various AV/VC systems
