　　The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for Event Staff to support our government customer located in Oahu, HI.

　　Work sites/locations include on-site support at NCTF-RH offices, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, nearby venues, and Honolulu offices. Periodic meetings shall occur throughout Oahu. There is no anticipated travel outside of Oahu.

　　Normal business workdays are Monday through Friday during normal business hours, however, after hours support may be required at times. Facilitation, Training, CRI and Consent Order Public Meetings may occur outside of normal working hours.

　　DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Provide meeting room set up with tables and chairs of sufficient quality and quantity to accommodate the planned number of participants ranging from 10-200 people.

　　REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

　　High-school Diploma or GED Equivalent

　　REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Previous small and large event venue set up experience.

　　REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen

　　Must have at a minimum a favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
