　　Job Summary

　　Under the general direction of the RecPlex Guest Services Supervisor, Recreation Program/Facility Supervisor, Food Service & Concessions Coordinator, Recreation Coordinator and/or Arts, Culture and Enrichment Coordinator, responsible for program implementation, concession services, customer inquiries, and setup/tear down for leagues, rentals, events programs, and associated equipment. Maintains cleanliness of facilities and performs other duties as assigned.

　　CONCESSIONS

　　This position will prepare and sell food/goods, keep accurate records, and welcome customers at various locations (MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex, Holiday and Valley View Aquatic Centers, and Raccoon River Softball Complex).

　　Typical hours:

　　• RecPlex (year-round): 4 – 10:00 PM weekdays, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM on weekends.

　　• Aquatic Centers (May – Labor Day): 12:00 – 8:00 PM daily.

　　• Softball Complex (April – October): 4:00 – 10:00 PM weekdays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM weekends.

　　• Flexible scheduling.

　　ESPORTS

　　This position will serve as an attendant for our leagues, birthday parties, and drop-in times at the RecPlex. Must be familiar with PC consoles and gaming systems.

　　Typical hours:

　　• RecPlex (year-round): 4 – 8:00 PM weekdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM weekends.

　　• Flexible scheduling.

　　SKATE GUARD

　　This position will supervise the ice rink during public skating, providing a safe and fun environment.

　　Typical hours:

　　• RecPlex (year-round): Various hours and days.

　　• Flexible scheduling, hours vary per program offerings.

　　YOUTH PROGRAMS

　　This position will lead and assist with various recreational programs for ages 4 – 12, and may also officiate sports programs including basketball, volleyball, soccer, dodgeball, and t-ball for youth sports.

　　• RecPlex (year-round): Various hours and days.

　　• Flexible scheduling, hours vary per program offerings.

　　JAMIE HURD AMPHITHEATER

　　This position will lead and assist with various programs and events at the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater.

　　• Flexible scheduling, hours vary per program offerings.
