WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Analyze data, create data visualization and prepare material for leadership and board presentations Oversee the Speak Up Process, including managing the case management tool and procedure, and the ethics inbox, as well as regular liaison with the investigations team Oversee the reporting process for conflicts of interest, gift reporting and other related compliance inquiries Lead action plan around new EU Whistleblowing requirements, and any new or related requirements Identify and track metrics and monitoring activities around case management, conflicts of interest and gift reporting Identify ways to continuously improve current processes, identify best practices Build strategic partnership with other functions playing a role in case discipline and remediation, including Legal, HR, ISC and Finance Build and provide training to stakeholders around investigations and case management Oversee the Global Ethics Champions Program Lead and /or support ad-hoc project work as needed (incl.
