Description:

　　We are seeking an entry level Project Estimator that will be responsible for the takeoff and bid management of project related jobs across various construction sectors for a commercial fencing contracting in metro-Detroit.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Plan and implement project plans and specifications

　　• Direct and lead the interaction with customers and contractors

　　• Evaluate new project websites and plans

　　• Ensure deadlines

　　• Maintain required project documentation

　　• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

　　Qualifications:

　　-Bachelors in Construction Management OR Experience with Estimating / Material Takeoffs

　　-Some experience estimating in construction field or training with estimating team (electrical, mechanical, GC, etc) - Nice to have

　　-Knowledge of takeoffs through a software - Nice to have

　　NICE-TO-HAVES:

　　-OSHA 30

　　-Structural steel knowledge

　　-Any construction certs
