Job Title: Estimator

　　Location: Savannah, GA (On-Site)

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) **Some Saturdays

We are looking to add an Estimator based out of Savannah, GA to our growing team as we need more skilled professionals to assist and tackle all the projects and business we are bringing on. 　　Job Description:

　　Draft, track, and maintain project change orders

　　Complete proposals and fee estimates for standard or routine civil construction projects

　　Perform project registration and invoicing tasks

　　Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating prices

　　Responsible for developing accurate and complete job estimates

　　Estimator must know how to read blueprints and civil/structural project schematics

　　Projects:

　　Transportation projects such as roadways, bridges, airports, large commercial developments, power generation, and transmission, such as wind farms and solar farms, healthcare, K-12 schools and higher education facilitiesQualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

　　Previous experience as an Estimator with a strong understanding of civil construction and estimating

　　Experience with Bluebeam or any takeoff/bidding software and proposals

　　Estimator must know how to read civil + construction blueprints and project schematics
