　　We are looking for an industrial estimator to join our team in Hialeah. The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate manufacturing processes in a cost accounting environment: evaluates and develops manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, and assembly methods. The candidate will calculate activities covering materials consumption, production Labor costs, and prepare cost estimates. Periodically, the candidate will analyze actual cost variances to update standards. 　　Collaborate with vendors to assess product specs, pricing, material availability, and quality evaluation.

　　Estimate production times, costs, and staffing needs, aiding management decisions.

　　Engage with management, engineering, and staff to facilitate production activities.

　　Required Skills:

　　Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.

　　Interpreted drawings per ANSI/ASME Y14.5.

　　Deep understanding of structural steels.

　　strong written and verbal communication (English fluency, Spanish a plus).

　　Extensive manufacturing knowledge, preferably in Fabrication.

　　Proficient in metal fabrication, welding symbols, machining practices.

　　Advanced math skills (Geometry, Algebra).

　　Bachelor's degree with 5+ years cost estimating in manufacturing.
