Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an Estate/Bankruptcy Operations Specialist.Summary:In this role, the Estate/Bankruptcy Operations Specialist is responsible for inbound calls servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status - part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and/or in charged off status. The Estate/Bankruptcy Operations Specialist will take payments from customers/members, servicing requests to include requesting payoff letters, paid in full letters, order statements.

　　1 years of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and/or in charged off status due to debt being delinquent for an excessive amount of days

　　Strong consideration will be given to applicants having experience in all 3 scenarios described - experience is critical

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
