Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for an Applications Programmer III to assist the Human Resources Office (HRO), Office of the Director (OD) to accomplish their mission. This includes providing support and expertise across all key areas of IT management including (but not limited to) strategy, technical support, content and systems development, channel management, usability, security, marketing, software, hardware, digital campaigns, software design and development.

Responsibilities
Support CDC’s ServiceNow instances to include Evaluation, Development, Test, and Production environments.
Provide consultation and best in class recommendations to resolve IT data gaps in HRO IT solutions.
Provide assessments and recommendation of existing and emerging IT solutions which support the HRO Service Delivery Model, based on the ServiceNow platform.
Design, develop, manage and support all HRO’s IT systems.
Provide Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives and operations, provide support, monitor.
Analyze information and data systems, and provide daily onsite maintenance of new and existing IT platforms, solutions, and services.
Operate, sustain, and enhance Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) module of ServiceNow, including data connector enhancements between ServiceNow and USA Staffing System and Enterprise Human Capital Management, CDC Human Capital Health dashboard.
Provide services in the development, implementation, and administration of the ServiceNow platform (Tokyo) and future commercially available instances of the platform.
Implement capabilities and enhancements aligned to the HRSD implementation roadmap/project plan
Build requirements through capabilities with HRSD Out of the Box workflows, utilizing the 'core' of the Out of the Box capabilities, and/or limiting customizations to meet the capability requirements.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to inform best use, future proofing, captilizing on best-practice execution of HR services with ServiceNow platforms.
Maintain and update platform architecture and data modeling diagrams.
Implement and enhance risk management to appropriately prioritize and respond to risk.
Enable and interpret performance logs, audit logs and call traces
Provide data migration and integration of HRO data to ensure accuracy of the data connection and adhere to and develop ongoing operations and maintenance schedule.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Systems development and incorporation of administrator experience to include .Net, .NetCore, HTML, Javascript
Section 508 accessibility standards
Plain language standards
.Net technologies meeting industry best practices
