　　Robert Half is partnering with a Law Firm, and sourcing for an Estate Planning Legal Assistant.

　　Job Description:

　　File organization and maintenance

　　Document Preparation: Wills, Trusts, Transfer Deeds, Powers of Attorneys, Healthcare Directives, Funding of Trusts

　　Probate and Trust Administration

　　E-Filing

　　E-Recording

　　Client Interaction: Gather necessary information and documentation for estate planning cases

　　Scheduling and calendaring court dates, meetings and deadlines

　　Job Highlights:

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting.

　　Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in estate planning.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

　　Knowledge of estate planning procedures and legal terminology.
