　　PHINIA will be a product leader in fuel systems and aftermarket distribution with balanced and synergistic exposure among Commercial Vehicle (CV), Light Vehicle (LV) and Aftermarket end markets, with embedded relationships with global OEMs and a focus on the global vehicle parc.

　　As well as being an industry leader in combustion technologies and chassis systems Borgwarner will also be driving the transition to green fuels and hydrogen combustion by developing effective solutions to decarbonize the future of transportation.

　　Funciones, responsabilidades y autoridades clave

　　Elaboración y pago de nómina y Seguro social, Coordinación de procesos especiales como son PTU, Aguinaldo y Declaración Anual, Coordinar e implementar mejoras a los procesos en Revolution. Atención a Auditores Locales y Externos (SAT). Usar el sistema de comunicación de la organización continuamente con su gente y áreas de apoyo.

　　Comunicar a su superior oportunamente cualquier situación anormal o solicitud de ayuda, Seguir las reglas de la organización y sus sistemas de comunicación, cumplir con los planes y programas de capacitación, entrenamiento y desarrollo relacionados con su área, Mostrar con el ejemplo actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.

　　Desarrollar y entrenar al personal a su cargo, Enseñar las reglas de la organización. Hacer cumplir las reglas en cualquiera de los lugares en que opera la EMPRESA en esta ciudad o cualquier otra ciudad de la república mexicana.

　　Requerido:

　　Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad

　　2 a ños de experiencia

　　Experiencia en Nominas y Sua(IMSS) y su contabilización

　　Opcional

　　Experiencia en Sistemas de nominas ( Revolution(Tress) y/o People Net (Meta 4)
