About ERP Systems Analyst III

  HMT has a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an ERP Systems Analyst III, Dynamics ERP to join our team. This role owns our Dynamics SL implementation and lead maintaining and optimizing our existing implementation. In the future, this role would spearhead a potential upgrade to D365.   Functional Area Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the real-time performance and health of the Microsoft Dynamics platform and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Configure, customize and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics SL platform in accordance with business requirements and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain workflows, processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other systems, such as Salesforce, ADP and more.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, HR and operations to ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform meets their needs and requirements.

  • Drive utilization of functionality to improve ROI – ability to notice a gap and propose change for the better.

  • Manage user access and security permissions and maintain data integrity across the platform.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Microsoft Dynamics users.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics administration.

  • Lead any systems upgrades as they are approved.

  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with HMT's policies, values, code of ethics and business conduct.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  What You'll Bring:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study) is required.

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Dynamics ERP and CRM – including real-time troubleshooting, reporting, utilization analysis, and providing strategic insight to broader teams/leadership.

  • Direct experience implementing and/or greatly enhancing MS Dynamics

  • Knowledge of functional processes managed in Dynamics.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills (networking, virtualization, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Firewall).

  • The ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.

  • Certified Microsoft Dynamics professionals are preferred.

  • Experience in and/or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred.

  • Experience in a controlled project environment is preferred.

  • Experience with Power BI Reporting and Dashboard Generation and Power Automate is preferred.

  • The ability to be on-site at our HQ is preferred.
