　　Team or Function Overview:

　　The Make to Deliver Process Lead role for Commercial business is to establish current business processes and identify inefficiencies, drive the streamlining of processes, and provide a complete end-to-end process mapping of the “to be” during and upon ERP implementation to support the Global Process Owners in their day to day activities and achieve long term success at GAF, by standardizing, evolving, innovating and anchoring the processes.

　　Summary:

　　Reporting to the Director Global Processes for Make to Deliver, the Make to Deliver Process Lead role for Commercial business will work in tandem with the ERP Global Process Owners to define the “to-be” processes and lead the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system in Commercial Plants

　　Essential Duties:

　　Document and describe “As is” manufacturing and supply chain processes within the commercial roofing business segment

　　Work closely with GPOs, Product Directors, and other members of the project team to define in granular detail all processes performed during the Make to Deliver process

　　Develop relationships and work closely with plant leadership and subject matter experts throughout the network to understand current pain points and opportunities for improvement

　　Work with the project team to design and develop the future state solution

　　Work closely with SMEs and system engineers to design and map the interaction of critical business systems with the new ERP (Koerber WMS, MES, WinSPC, etc.)

　　Be the primary point of contact for commercial plants to voice ideas, questions, or concerns throughout the design, testing, and implementation of GAF’s SAP S/4HANA ERP

　　Support GPO in developing the “To be” future state for Make to Deliver processes

　　Support GPO in developing best practices and process change management

　　After receiving in-depth SAP training to perform extensive testing of the operational transactions under your expertise, you will become the focal point for the different team users under the E2E processes you represent

　　Together with the Global Process Owner, you will provide training to the different stakeholders

　　Other duties as assigned by management

　　Under This Roof, We Require

　　Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.

　　5 years of related experience required.

　　Under This Roof, We Also Value

　　Masters Degree preferred.

　　Previous experience in an enterprise-wide ERP implementation preferred.

　　Previous Project Management experience preferred.

　　Excellent project management and follow up skills

　　Excellent change management and new process roll-out skills

　　Ability to create engagement and drive top performance

　　Ability to influence cross-functional teams

　　Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

　　Experience with both business and technology leadership relationships, including performance reporting and executive-level presentation; strong political and interpersonal skills are critical drivers of success in this role

　　Knowledge and ability to understand and design department policies and procedures

　　Knowledge of and ability to follow Company goals and missions, philosophy and policies and procedures

　　Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
