The SAP Security & GRC Lead, Senior Advisor will help drive digital transformation by collaborating with various IT teams, system integrators, and audit teams to design and develop the security strategy. You will ensure that the security implementation of the strategy aligns with business requirements. You will provide oversight and support in mapping and provisioning security roles to end users. As the Security Engineer you will lead the testing and validation that roles perform as designed and aligned with security best practices, while ensuring segregation of duties and compliance with industry regulations.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!
Lead the security strategy, design, and implementation for NextGen ERP program.
Collaborate with business teams, IT, and system integrators to deliver security solutions that are aligned with security best practices.
Apply deep technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori security to ensure that designs meet functional and technical requirements.
Identify risks, threats, and/or vulnerabilities that may impact the overall security of SAP systems.
Maintain documentation of the implemented design and associated role assignment strategy.
Support the testing and deployment of security roll outs during various phases of the program.
Qualifications
The essentials
Ten (10) or more years of experience with SAP security in ECC and GRC systems.
Three (3) or more years of experience in S/4 HANA on-prem/cloud, and Fiori security design and implementation.
Experience and advanced knowledge in supporting systems such as BW/BOBJ, SAC, Solution Manager, CRM, and BTP.
Extensive experience with SOD, SOX audits and controls.
Extensive experience with creating security design patterns and technical architectures that adhere to enterprise Security Engineering and best practices.
The preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical major.
Experience with BTP services, identity management systems and SSO
Ten (10) or more years of experience collaborating with business customers, solution architects, system integrators, and development teams to understand user cases, and translating them into robust security solutions.
Excellent project management and organization skills.
Experience and knowledge of security protocols such as HTTP, OAuth, and SSL.
SAP certificate(s) in System Security and Authorization or System Security Engineer.

This position’s work mode is *hybrid. * The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
