Licensure/Registration/Certification: Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. BLS upon hire ACLS within 1 year of hire or transfer PALS within 2 years of hire or transfer NALS/NRP recommended and desired. TNCC recommended. CEN certification desired. Work Experience: 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience required. Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served. Must meet clinical competency standards specific to Emergency Department patients.
