The EST will monitor and control the EMS ensuring compliance with AtriCure's internal process procedures. The EST will coordinate calibration activities with external vendors and Cross Functional departments. They will be responsible for communicating any equipment system gaps or compliance risk to management personnel. The EST works cross-functionally on company projects and mitigations to compliance risk to achieve the desired business equipment management goals of the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Identify, communicate, and mitigate calibration process challengesCreate monthly calibration metrics outlining critical KPI'sFacilitate monthly equipment review meetings with cross functional teams reviewing monthly KPI's from process effectiveness and creating any necessary corrective actions.Develop and implement process solutions allowing for more efficient equipment systems.Create and provide training programs on new processes as needed.Identify and mitigate compliance risks within equipment calibration processes and systems.Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.Overseeing proper implementation of new processes within the EMSUpdating and maintaining calibration documentation within the EMSOperates as the main contact for all equipment calibration needs.Provide guidance within our EMS to all other departments.Point of contact for calibration, and/or repairs as neededAudits and launches calibration certificates within the EMS System.
