Job summary:
The Equipment & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining equipment records, location and ownership of equipment, and licensing and permits of all equipment used by the organization and for managing inventory and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Shop Admin- Coordinate shop communication, maintain POs and Work orders, manage receipts, time entry, and material orders
Equipment - Maintain files per equipment, utilize software to maintain records, transfer equipment, complete mandatory reporting (IFTA, etc), tax and licensing requirements, purchase and sales of equipment
Inventory - Order stock to maintain consistent shop inventory, coordinate deliveries, uses software to manage inventory, conduct physical audits bi-annually
