　　As Chief Electrical Engineer/Electrical Safety Officer you will be responsible for management and compliance of electrical equipment in Brno and supporting growth of our business and organization.

　　This person will closely cooperate with various departments, specifically but not exclusively Manufacturing, Operations Engineering, Research & Development, Global Technical Support, Facility and HR departments.

　　What will you be responsible for:

　　Manages compliance of the electrical area with legislation and related company processes

　　maintenance process of electrical equipment in the Brno organization

　　Evaluates electrical risks at all relevant workplaces, coordinates preventive measures.

　　Sets and maintains qualification requirements for employees

　　Develops electrical training, tests and trains personnel in the company

　　Manages, requests and, if necessary, implements corrective actions, validates the effectiveness of the measures in the electrical area

　　Collaborates on continuous improvement of assigned and related processes.

　　Requirements:

　　Electrical background

　　Demonstrated ability to manage electrical compliance in organization.

　　Capability to deal with senior leaders and achieve needed results (safety, compliance, business)

　　Capability to effectively train people.

　　Demonstrated ability to solve issues, improve processes.

　　Must exhibit strong personal moral and ethics code, proactive, overall positive personality, and creativity in solving various complex situations in technical and social areas.

　　Must demonstrate fluent English - both in speech and writing.
