The GT (Grid Technologies) EQS Organization is currently seeking a specialist EQS Professional to support our sales organization globally. In this role you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Quality, EHS, and Safety for the GT Sales organization. This role can be located at any of our major GT locations globally, preferably in Orlando/Raleigh, US, in Manchester, UK, or in Budapest, Hungary.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
You will make an impact by
• Handling non-conformance (NC) processes and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Supervising quality management in projects and ensuring adherence to standards and exemplary conduct.
• Creating and implementing processes to improve overall quality and EHS Performance
• Monitoring Sales KPIs and implement appropriate response actions.
• Integrating relevant Quality and EHS training for the Sales organization.
• Focused on employee competency matrix and identifying areas for improvement.
• Leading crisis situations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Responsible for incident management processes and implementing corrective actions.
• What You Bring (requirements)
You are a self-motivated and results focused individual with a strong background in Quality and EHS Management. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to optimally work with colleagues and partners at all levels within the organization. Your commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a Zero Harm operating model makes you an asset to our EQS-Sales organization.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, health and safety, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
• Experience in Quality and EHS management,
• Proven understanding of quality and EHS regulations and industry standards.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, results focused environment.
