　　Pay Rate - $15.50 - $15.75

　　Duties:

　　Receives and follows work assignment given by supervisor on a daily and monthly schedule.

　　Reads chemical names, distinguishes appropriate chemical for task and dilution ratio, and handles chemicals in safe manner to protect self, residents and fellow staff members.

　　Lifts objects including water mop buckets and household size garbage bags weighing up to 50 lbs.

　　Puts clean linen in linen room upon delivery. Distributes clean linen and supplies to other departments.

　　Operates floor machine and understands and performs pre and post operation cleaning of machine.

　　Runs automatic floor machine and performs cleaning tasks through-out the building such as washing windows, shampooing carpeting, washing walls as assigned by supervisor.

　　Understands and performs procedure for stripping, waxing and buffing floors as assigned.

　　Follows safety practices including, but not limited to: floor signage, locked closets and properly stored chemicals.

　　Removes trash and transports soiled linen at the start and end of each shift day and evening.

　　Cleans elevators and emergency stair cases daily and as assigned by supervisor.

　　Assures overall cleanliness of all common and public areas of the facility.

　　Performs duties according to the highest ethical and moral standards and in adherence with the facility's corporate compliance plan and all applicable governing laws. Adheres to the facility's confidentiality statement in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees, as necessary to perform job duties.

　　Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

　　Ability to use equipment as required for the job
